Month-to-month is fine. - Includes everything you need to live - furniture, fully outfitted kitchen, appliances, all utilities (heat, electric, WiFi, even AC!) - Does not include a tv or cable, but you could bring your own - Share the yard with us: Fenced backyard, patio, dining furniture, hanging chairs under a big oak tree - Driveway parking - 10 minutes to downtown, UVM or medical center, convenient to everywhere in the Burlington area - extensive walking trails in UVM-owned woods directly across the street, 1/4 mile to South Burlington bike path. - No smoking (of anything) on the property, not even in the yard - No cats, - Dogs and other pets open to discussion - In the living/dining room you absolutely will hear our kids running around above you before and after school. - The bedrooms are very quiet, have blackout curtains and are climate controlled (heat/AC) by YOU - Electricity is from solar and heat and hot water are awesome efficient heat-pump technology... in case you're into that (we are)! - We welcome diverse tenants - There are a couple of spots where the ceiling is low. If you are particularly tall, you may find that annoying. - First month's rent and security deposit due on signing. Can be at move in (if that's soon). Security deposit amount reduced for traveling medical professionals. Flexible custom lease terms 30+ days or month-to-month.
