You can customize your space by using the GENEROUS upstairs storage space (150 square feet) for items you do not want in the cottage or for storing furniture or outdoor adventure equipment. Two blocks from Natural grocers. Walk to Downtown and NAU. Trail to Thorpe park at end of street. Cul de sac location means little traffic. Train runs close by on the hillside above but no horns in this part of town. We require excellent credit score and references + background check. Showings to qualified candidates only. No smoking. This is not a party house. Mature students with excellent rental record and post grads accepted. No large dogs. Cat or small dog allowed with pet rent/deposit/signed pet policy. Off street parking for 1 - 2 vehicles plus ample street parking. We have quiet, respectful long-term neighbors.
