This includes the butcher block table with 2 old hickory chairs, and all the other furniture inside. This home has a full kitchen with all the utilities you will need, like a gas stove and dishwasher. The kitchen also includes mid-century style dishes, glassware, pots, pans and all the other utensils you will need in a kitchen. This home also has a nice backward with a gazebo , table and chairs. All of the utilities, internet, and satellite tv come included with the rent. This is a very nice home and since it is located in Downtown Albuquerque, it is minutes away from all the major hospitals including Lovelace, Presbyterian, and UNMH. It is also close to I-40 and I-25 giving quick access to things like Sandia Labs and many other places. This home is available to rent short term with a 90 day minimum or long term with no maximum. We pay for the Utilities, Wi-fi, and Satellite Tv. The only thing you would have to worry about is the monthly rent. We do require a 90 day minimum to rent and no maximum
