The property has a minimum age requirement of 25 years for booking, and the person booking must be present during the entire stay. A driver's license is required for all bookings. Parties and events are not permitted, and violation of this policy may result in cancellation without eligibility for a refund. No cryptocurrency mining or electric vehicle charging is allowed on the property. A maximum of 3 cars is permitted, and all drivers must be registered prior to arrival. Smoking is strictly prohibited, with a penalty fee of $250 for violations. The property does not allow pets, and unauthorized pets will incur a non-refundable fee of $500. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am, with contactless check-in and departure. Late check-outs are not allowed, as door codes deactivate at 10am.
