Additional services include BBQ grill rental for $75 per week plus tax and pool heat for $35 per night plus tax, with a minimum of 5 nights. Pool heating is unavailable from June to September. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and stay in the home throughout the booking. If this requirement is not met, the reservation will be voided without a refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited, with a penalty fee of $250 for any evidence found. Pets are not allowed, and unauthorized pets will incur a non-refundable fee of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM, with contactless check-in and departure. Late check-outs are not allowed, as door codes deactivate at 10 AM. A maximum of 3 cars is permitted, and all drivers must be registered prior to arrival. No parties or events are allowed, and violations may result in cancellation without a refund.
