Additional services include BBQ grill rental for $75 per week plus tax and pool heat for $35 per night plus tax with a minimum of 5 nights. Pool heating is unavailable from June to September. This vacation home is part of the luxurious Champions Gate Resort, known for its upscale living and vacation atmosphere. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and stay in the home throughout the booking. Failure to comply will void the reservation, and all guests must vacate the property without a refund. Parties and events are not permitted, and violation of this policy may result in cancellation without eligibility for a refund. No cryptocurrency mining or electric vehicle charging is allowed on the property. A maximum of 3 cars is permitted to be registered per home, and all drivers are required to be registered prior to arrival. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, and if any evidence of smoking is found, the renter agrees to a penalty fee of $250. This property does not allow pets, and if an unauthorized pet is discovered in the home, an additional non-refundable fee of $500 will be levied. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am, with contactless check-in and departure. Late check-outs are not allowed as door codes deactivate at 10am. Supplies include a starter kit for the home, including dish soap, 2 trash bags, a dish detergent tablet, paper towels, and bath essentials. Additional supplies may be required for your stay, as only single items are provided to kickstart your stay. A laptop computer is not included.
