This freshly decorated home boasts tons of natural light, high ceilings, and a cozy atmosphere surrounded by trees. With a central location, it's just a five-minute drive to the historic waterfront shops and restaurants and 15 minutes to city conveniences. This charming two-story house spans around 1500 square feet and features a living room with a queen pull-out couch, a dining area, a fully stocked kitchen, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a bathroom with a tub on the first floor. The loft includes another bedroom with a queen bed, a bath with a shower, and a desk and reading nook. The kitchen is equipped with appliances, cookware, silverware, basic condiments, and K-cup coffee and tea. Enjoy high-quality bedding and linens, an onsite washer and dryer, and access to popular streaming TV services. Firewood is provided for the wood-burning stove, perfect for cozying up on chilly nights. The regular nightly rate covers four guests, with additional guest fees of $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of six guests. Well-trained pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet per night. Dynamic pricing is utilized, so booking rates may vary daily. Whidbey Island offers a tranquil retreat with lush forests, quaint towns, and stunning beaches, ideal for nature lovers. Coupeville, the second oldest town in Washington, is just three minutes east and features historic boutique shops along the waterfront. The property is conveniently located near Oak Harbour, Deception Pass State Park, Ebey's Landing, and ferry services to Port Townsend and Seattle. Exploring the island by car is recommended. The property is close to the Outlying Landing Field, so you may hear jets flying by. Cell service is spotty, but enabling Wi-Fi calling and texting will help. This property features two separate houses, each with its own private entrance and no shared amenities. Strictly no parties or events are allowed, with quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited, and a $500 fine applies per violation. Pets should not be left unattended and must be kept off furniture and linens. The upstairs loft area includes a work-from-home space with a desk, making it ideal for remote work needs. While Wi-Fi is the fastest available on the island, it is suitable for most entertainment and light working needs. For specific high-speed requirements, consider a hotspot or similar alternatives.
