The sticker will be mailed to the building and typically arrives in 1-2 weeks. Monthly parking requires 30 days notice to cancel Other things to note: - The apartment has central air but the HVAC system is a two-pipe system which can only run heat or AC at any point in time. The system switches over to heat in the fall each year and switches to AC in the spring House Rules: 1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses 2. No smoking ($150 fee) 3. Quiet time after 10pm 4.
