Property
The duplex was nice and the location was decent, but it was filthy. There was cat hair and kitty litter everywhere. The toilets and tubs were coated in filth.
Management
The property managers (RE/MAX) forgot about our appointment and consequently showed up late after we called them and the current tenants were just hanging out in the driveway. We now avoid all RE/MAX properties in our house hunt. The agent who finally showed up to give us a tour was in running shorts and a tank top. She wasn't the agent in charge of the property so she couldn't answer any but the most basic questions.
