Lincolnville is a 140-acre walkable neighborhood and also holds the distinction of being one of the most charming. This house has no designated off-street parking, but there is plenty of free street parking within 1-2 blocks in all directions. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. There is an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch, and if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
