This is a one bedroom, no smoking /vaping apartment near Mcquades in the heart of Westerly, very walkable. This unit is on the second floor of a six unit building. Large eat-in kitchen, carpeted living room, with entryway closet for extra storage and large closet in the bedroom. There is one assigned off-street parking space and coin-op laundry in the basement. Tenant pays for electricity, gas, and any cable or Internet service. When responding, please include some information about yourself, including employment, proposed tenants for the apartment, reason for leaving your current living situation, and anything else that you consider to be pertinent information.
