A second full bathroom is also located upstairs. The lower level includes a washer and dryer for added convenience. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis, with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment requires special cleaning after your stay. Guests should avoid creating excessive noise, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. A $300 fine will apply for verified noise complaints that unduly impact neighboring residents and/or violate local noise ordinances. Guests agree to pay a fee of $150 for a lost key. If the guest is locked out due to their own actions, a lockout fee of $100 will apply for assistance in regaining access to the property.
