Shared cold-water laundry facilities available March-December (closed if weather falls below 10 degrees in Jan/Feb) Studio is unfurnished. One out-door parking spot for one car only (no room for a truck). Charm and privacy just a few blocks from Montpelier's downtown where you'll find movie theaters, bakeries, bookstores, and weekly farmer's markets. 35 minutes to Burlington. Quiet, tidy habits appreciated. 12 months lease, 1st/last/security/references/credit check. Tenant to turn heat down to 60 degrees when leaving the premises for eight hours or more (like a workday, or a vacation).
