With a private porch, red oak floors, and thoughtful design touches, this home is just minutes from popular local restaurants and a short drive or bike ride to downtown Charleston. We specialize in managing fully furnished short- and long-term vacation rentals. Each of our homes are thoughtfully set up to provide everything needed for a seamless and comfortable stay, whether you're here for a quick getaway or an extended vacation. At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking. $50/hour Early Check-in Fee, $25/hour late check out fee. Minimum rental age is 25.
