Guns may be used but gun practice (more than two shots in a 24-hour period) is not acceptable. Pets must be approved but are acceptable, but they are NEVER to cross the boundary of your property. If they do you agree to a fine of $100 per incident and you fully realize that your pet could die (we do have poisons and coyote traps set up off your property and pets are subject to being shot if trespassing). We cannot stress enough how stringently this is enforced! You may not leave abandoned vehicles or other unsightly items on the property.
