$2,400/month. Rent includes water, sewer, landscaping, and snow removal. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities (i.e. gas, electricity, trash, cable, internet). We require a 3 to 1 income to rent ratio and a minimum credit score of 670. We do not accept Alaska housing vouchers.
1 year lease required. Security deposit is $2,000 and may not be used as last month's rent.
