The large full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, and there are spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. Enjoy the convenience of a free washer and dryer, and relax by your own private pool with outdoor loungers. Enjoy free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway parked side to side. The garage has been converted into a game room, therefore, indoor parking is not available. This ultimate family resort is near Disney and other world-class attractions. Windsor at Westside Resort offers first-class amenities and is a couple of minutes walking distance to the clubhouse. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, it's just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando's world-famous attractions. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome up to one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs), and a pet fee and $150 security deposit is required. It's important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly. Please keep the temperature at or above 70F. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure and report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
