The apartments have central air so electricity could be more if it is used a lot.
The apartments have windows on the front and back, so natural cross ventilation exists which if used reduces cooling cost. The buildings face north, so not into the hot sun but into the cold northern winds. The southern exposure is heavily wooded, so it is not hot. There is an apartment on two sides providing very good insulation.
I think it is helpful if prospective applicants are aware of all the rental requirements and can pre-qualify themselves. So, I have provided all the things we consider. If you think you qualify, I am very available for a showing appointment.
