Pets Our cat policy requires $30 per month additional rent and $500 refundable deposit. Our dog policy requires $50 per month additional rent and $500 refundable deposit. The buildings were built in1987 and have Anderson Windows, so they are energy efficient. Gas & electricity through the year between $150-$200 a month, depending on your usage. The apartments have central air so electricity could be more if it is used a lot. The apartments have windows on the front and back, so natural cross ventilation exists which if used reduces cooling cost. The buildings face north, so not into the hot sun but into the cold northern winds. The southern exposure is heavily wooded, so it is not hot. There is an apartment on two sides providing very good insulation. I think it is helpful if prospective applicants are aware of all the rental requirements and can pre-qualify themselves. So, I have provided all the things we consider. If you think you qualify, I am very available for a showing appointment. Attached is an application that work for two adults. To be accepted by the Owner all adult applicants must have a credit score of 600. We also require good stable income at 3 times the rent, no criminal history, and no Unlawful Detainers, among other criteria. We do not take Section 8. The maximum number of occupants is five. We do not charge an application fee if you can show proof that your credit score is over 600. Go to CreditdotCom or CreditKarma or other source and get a credit score indication for free. Both are completely free. I get a FICO score when we process your application and they may be different. I use the FICO score we get for accepting or denying applicants.W We also require good stable income at 3.5 times the rent, so $5,775 per month no criminal history, and no Unlawful Detainers, among other criteria. We do not take Section 8.
