We have a recently renovated 2-bedroom apartment that is available as of July 14,2025. The renovations include the following: the entire apartment has been recently painted, There is new flooring in the living room and kitchen with carpeting in the bedrooms. The entire apartment will be professionally cleaned with any repairs completed prior to the next tenant moving into the apartment. Included in the rent are the heat and hot water. There is off-street parking available for 2 vehicles maximum. This a very quiet 2-unit building, the existing tenants in the building are all working professionals. All tenants are very quiet and respectful of each other. The entire building is non-smoking. The property management team is available 7 days per week, they are dedicated, professional and resolve issues quickly. The property management team and the owner are frequently onsite to ensure the common areas (e.g. hallways, porches, yard and parking lot) are clean and well maintained while ensuring the exterior of the building is tidy and the curb appeal is strong. A 12-month lease is required. The apartment and common areas are non-smoking. There are no exceptions. Pets - Only cats are allowed with a maximum of 2 cats per apartment - there is a $50.00 / month / cat fee. The unit can include a washer / dryer for an additional fee of $100.00 per month. The owner will provide these appliances.
