It has high - speed wired internet at 80 mbps. All rooms are wired, so you can connect computers, cell phones & internet TV. You can get your own landline, and/or internet connection or booster if you want WiFi. If you need a dishwasher, I would be happy to buy a countertop dishwasher for the apartment. It doesn't come furnished, but the current tenant is willing to sell some of his furniture for a good price. Sorry, no smokers. This house is on the fire line and the environment is extremely delicate here. Also no cannabis allowed in the home. Utilities will be shared with owner.
