     Property

    Very clean and cute. Mostly updated. I wish the full bathroom was updated more to match the rest of the house. Kitchen is fresh but still appliances are outdated. Great storage throughout the unit. Not much of a back patio but nice view of the Marsh from the back side. Very nice and genuine owner.

     Management

    Very nice, knowledgeable and genuine owner. Very accommodating.
