Twenty minutes from Downtown DC and less than 15 minutes to Lanham, Beltsville, College Park, Hyattsville, Silver Spring, and New Carrollton.
This is a basic condo but is priced accordingly (*see below for option to update). The condo features black kitchen appliances, washer and dryer in the unit, and wood flooring. The bathroom features ceramic tile and standard flooring and fixtures (replaced in 2016).
The bedroom (13'x 11') has wood laminate flooring, a large walk-in closet, and a separate full length closet. The living room (19'x12') in combination with the dining area (10'x8') also serves as a spacious outlet and ideal setting for entertaining guests. The condo also has a sunroom that could be used as an office or reading room. Additionally, there is a separate storage space located next to the condo unit.
In regards to shopping and entertainment, several convenient shopping centers are nearby. Each center includes grocery stores, banks, restaurants, dry cleaners, and retail stores.
Owner will pay for electric, gas, water, sewer, trash, recycling, landscaping, snow removal, and community fees. Tenant is responsible for cable and internet (your choice of provider).
The unit will receive detailed and prompt attention/management by the Owner. Not managed by a third party real estate firm/contractor. Please note that the current tenant is residing in the unit through 6/29/2025. The unit will be vacant and professionally cleaned prior to your move-in.
