The villa features an elegant living room and dining room, decorated and equipped for formal occasions. An open concept kitchen, breakfast area, and family room offer all the comforts of home, with the family room overlooking the pool and deck area. The well-equipped modern kitchen contains everything from a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer with built-in ice-maker, along with essentials such as cutlery, crockery, and glassware. The dining room contains a beautiful table with seating for eight people. The laundry room is well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board. The villa also boasts its own private south-facing heated pool, spa, and upgraded patio furniture. The resort charges $20 per access gate card, non-refundable. Each vehicle requires its own access card, and guests can pre-pay for their access cards ahead of their visit. A maximum of six vehicles are allowed per property. The resort facilities include an open-air heated pool, spa, sauna, multi-gym, a planned sundry shop and snack bar, and a meeting room for informal gatherings.
