Mountain living but close to everything, 4 miles to Conifer shopping center and only one stop sign from this cabin to DIA. The main road to this place is paved and plowed by the county since it's on a school bus route. Pets ok but only well-behaved dogs and no aggressive breeds. Must be okay with wildlife and the vehicle appropriate to handle the 'mountains'. Rent includes utilities - Gas, Electric, Sewer, Water doesn't include internet, trash Sorry I don't have pictures of the bedroom and full bathroom, but this place does have them! Available by December 1st Minimum 6 month lease but negotiable Gas, Electric, water, sewer is included with the rent
