Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad, leading into a cozy living room furnished with a queen sofa bed and a large SmartTV. Adjacent to the living room is a relaxing space with two comfortable armchairs. The dining room features a large farm table, and the fully equipped galley-style kitchen is designed for efficiency, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are accessible from the kitchen or living room. Bedroom one includes two full-size beds, bedroom two has a king bed, and the master bedroom features two full-size beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The second bathroom also offers a shower/tub combination. A washer and dryer are available in the garage, and the fully fenced backyard includes patio furniture and a grill. The property is pet-friendly with a non-refundable pet fee. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Located in a residential area, the home is about two miles from the University of South Alabama. While Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, driving is encouraged for convenience. Guests can enjoy contact-free check-in via a digital door code, with the code provided upon check-in. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All pet waste must be cleaned from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair, stains, or waste, additional cleaning costs will be charged.
