We have a recently renovated 2nd floor 2-bedroom apartment that is available as of June-1st. The apartment renovations include the following: New kitchen cabinets and countertop, a fully renovated bathroom, all new windows and interior doors throughout the apartment. The entire apartment will be professionally cleaned, and all repairs and touch-up painting will be completed prior to new tenant occupancy. Included in the rent are the heat, hot water and off-street parking. There is off-street parking available for 2 vehicles maximum. This a very quiet multi-unit building, the existing tenants in the building are all working professionals. All tenants are very quiet and respectful of each other. The entire building is non-smoking. The property management team is available 7 days per week, they are dedicated, professional and resolve issues quickly. The property management team and the owner are frequently onsite to ensure the common areas (e.g. hallways, porches, yard and parking lot) are clean and well maintained while ensuring the exterior of the building is tidy and the curb appeal is strong. Cat Fee: A $50.00 per month / per cat fee is required - no more than 2 cats per apartment are allowed. Off-Street Parking: Is available for a maximum of 2 cars.
