Management
When I contacted the manager/broker, the rent was $2450/month but in the middle of our text exchange they had raised the rent to $2550/month because they had gotten a lot of interest in the unit. I don't want to rent from people who are only looking to exploit every cent out of renters, and this was very off-putting.
