     Property

    They showed us a similar unit on the second floor because they didn't have the keys for the actual unit (despite trying to open it). Then, the unit we saw was dirty with incredibly worn floors (some floorboards were missing chunks of wood). The kitchen was abysmal and did not match the description given on the website.

     Management

    The manager was perfectly nice, but he wasn't able to show us the actual unit (despite trying to unlock it with many different keys). He also didn't know that there were people moved into the similar unit he did show us.
