Guests have access to the entire house, all appliances, kitchen supplies, and amenities. Initial bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room supplies are provided, but guests are responsible for additional purchases if needed. Exterior cameras may be present for security purposes. The home is situated in a spacious, secluded, wooded area with Beaver Lake accessible by a backyard staircase/path. Located just 2.9 miles from Rocky Branch Marina and 15 miles from Downtown Rogers, you can explore local shops, eateries, and parks with ease. The property is not pet-friendly, and pets will incur a $400 fine. Access to the home is via a sloped gravel driveway, so a 4WD vehicle is suggested. The Wi-Fi speed is generally slow and intermittent. Guests do not have access to the boat dock, and water levels may vary due to environmental factors, affecting lake accessibility and appearance.
