The home features two large living rooms with Smart TVs, fireplaces, and seating, a sunroom with a piano, a fully stocked large kitchen, and a formal dining room perfect for family gatherings. The five spacious bedrooms include a King Suite, King bedroom, Queen bedroom, Queen and Twin bunk beds bedroom, and another King Suite. A washer and dryer are available for guest use. The neighboring property is also a vacation home, and you can check with our guest services team to book both. This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of three, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Bentonville is home to Northwest Arkansas' premier mountain bike trails, restaurants, and museums. Walk, drive, or easily ride your bike to access all the amenities downtown Bentonville has to offer. Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
