    The tour was by far the WORST I have seen in this rental process. The property manager was rude, would not look me in the eye when I asked questions and the apartment was trashed. It looked like he had not entered the property since the old tenants moved out. Nothing was clean, there were holes in the walls, stuff left over by the previous tenants etc. It seemed like it had a lot of potential but I would never want to work with a property manager who gave a "tour" like that. He made a lot of promises about how the place "will look much better." I honestly just did not believe him.
