Inside the unit you'll find: Living room with a sliding glass door opening to a deck with views of the St. Johns Bridge Kitchen with a convenient eating bar Two bedrooms and one bathroom Electric heat to keep things cozy Appliances included: range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a stacked washer/dryer inside the unit One assigned parking space in the shared garage, with a garage door opener provided There's also a large storage space available if you need it (additional cost applies $30 per month). No personal checks or promissory notes accepted. Before scheduling a showing, each person 18 or older who will live in the unit must submit their own online application. Screening steps: 1. Submit your completed application with a unique email and phone number, a photo ID, proof of income, bank statements verifying funds, and any required supporting documents. 2. Applications are reviewed in the order they're received. Incomplete applications will be canceled. 3. Once your application is complete and you're first in line, you'll receive an email invitation to schedule an in-person showing (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). 4. At the showing, a $50 non-refundable application screening fee per applicant is due via certified funds to continue processing. No fee is charged if you decide not to proceed. 5. Once the fee is paid, a full background check will be conducted. 6. If approved, you'll have 24 hours to pay the deposit to hold the unit and sign the Deposit to Hold agreement.
