We offer subleasing and reletting with fees associated with each, but we do not have a buyout clause in our lease contract. You will set up and pay for your gas, electricity, water, sewer and cable/internet. We provide your monthly pest control service and weekly trash service. We have 24-hour Emergency Maintenance. We are pet-friendly but allow only certain breeds of dogs, and weight limits for second floor units. We do not allow any known-to-be vicious breeds (including mixed). We have a $600 pet fee per animal with a three pet maximum. No smoking inside the apartments or within 20 feet of the building.
