    All in all it was a very appealing apt, spacious enough with a very nice balcony over the courtyard. Biggest negative were the bathrooms--dark rooms lacking adequate lighting (and extremely loud fan) and the kitchen in the same vein: I recognize that the trend is black/white combo but the combination is too harsh for such small spaces. The building itself has a lot of appeal to me so I realize I should have looked at the other apt on the third floor. Anyway, I'll keep my eye out for a two bedroom in this building, and hopefully something will work out.
