Application Process: Background checks are conducted, and applicants must demonstrate an
income of at least 3 times the monthly rent.
Payment Methods: Rent payments are accepted via Zelle or direct deposit only.
Lease Duration: Leases are for 1 year.
Move-In Costs: First month's rent, last month's rent, and a security deposit are required before
move in.
The tenant is responsible for water, electricity, and internet. The owner provides garbage collection and lawn maintenance pest control
