There is also a designated work space in the dining room with a desk and share as well as one in the bedroom. The queen sized bed is very comfortable. UTILITY FEE: No need for self set up! A convenient $225 monthly utility fee covers gas, electric, WiFi, and snow removal. Rent plus utility fee is due on the first of the month.
