Hardwood floors are throughout the unit, and ceiling fans are in the larger rooms. Complementary 5G Wi-Fi is provided. All electrical outlets are modern and up to code. Many rooms have USB jacks. Refresh housekeeping is available. There are 2 separate entrances, the rear spiral staircase and the north exterior door, with an interior stairwell with several landings.
The professionally maintained gardens and the old English brick patio are for your enjoyment. Bicycle storage is available on the ground level.
The parking lot at 82 Rutledge is restricted to sedans and small SUVs.
