Property
I give them credit for putting forth the effort to update the unit, however it was extremely smaller than what I expected. Also, the smell of the paint was so strong it took my breath away and I was unable to speak for several minutes. The parking area behind the property had several pieces of loose trash floating about.
Management
The woman who my significant other spoke to on the phone was nice and helpful-not sure if she was the actual owner or not? The gentleman who came and showed us the property was late to arrive and was very reserved at giving any information that was asked. He did offer to show us the additional unit they had available in the back of the building.
