This place has potential. My husband and I would have been sold on this place if it was clean and didn’t smell like someone just smoked inside right before we got there. Plenty of space and nice layout, however, walls and light fixtures were filthy and I hate to say this, but I was afraid to touch anything. Owner or last residents smoked heavily indoors and it’s literally stuck to the walls. Just not what we are looking for.

Property manager got back to me the next day and we were able to tour the place that day. However, when we mentioned it smelled like cigarettes (very bad) she claimed she didn’t smell it. She still took our concerns into consideration with the smell, cleanliness and the replacement of the burnt stove top and missing panel. Very nice lady, place just isn’t for us.
