To schedule your appointment and request a rental application, please contact the realtor via email only. Viewings will be scheduled only for applicants who meet these basic qualifications. Minimum one year lease required. Tenant pays electric and gas. Resident agrees to maintain rental insurance during the entire term of the lease, listing the landlord as an interested party. Pets are allowed with a 30lb weight limit, $250 pet deposit, and $25/month pet rent. Resident agrees to maintain pet insurance on the resident pet during the entire term of this lease. Resident agrees to hold the Agent harmless from any liability caused by the resident pet(s).
