There is an outdoor camera by the front door area pointing at the driveway and one by the side of the house pointing at the pool pump equipment. The community prohibits commercial vehicles, trailers, boats, and similar vehicles. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee if the home allows. Starter supplies of soap and toilet tissue are provided, but guests are expected to purchase their own during their stay. The home includes a small office area with a desk and access to free high-speed Wi-Fi, making it remote work-friendly. A laptop computer is not included.
