Any violation of the no parties policy will result in immediate eviction, no refund, a $500 fine, and police involvement. A $500 fee will be charged for smoking inside or anywhere on the property. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and are strictly enforced for the comfort of all residents. Evidence of pets inside the property will result in a $150 fine charged to guests. In accordance with building policies for this upscale luxury apartment, a quick background check is required for the primary guest. Guests who choose not to complete the background check will not receive check-in instructions and no refund will be issued. Check-in and check-out times are mandatory unless scheduled and confirmed at a minimum of 24 hours in advance. A $50 per hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 10 am or by the agreed upon check-out time. There is a $100 charge if either the fob or parking pass is not returned to the lockbox ($200 if both are missing). Includes a workstation with a desk and ergonomic chair and high-speed Wi-Fi with workspace.
