We have cheap parking spaces for rent out back if you wish to have an assigned space or you can easily park on the street for free. A busline runs right by the house, we are a few blocks from the Riverfront Park, the new remodeled South Park Community Center and the Library is 2 blocks past that. This is a very quiet house, no parties, drugs, smoking or pets are accepted. All residents must pass a full background check, including a credit check (perfect credit not required) and verification of employment.
