Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Parties or events are not allowed, and violations will result in being asked to leave with no refund. Smoking inside the home incurs a $150 fine. Losing the key card will result in a $150 replacement fee. Late check-out incurs a $150 fine per hour past check-out. Large messes may incur an extra cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed on the premises, and violations will result in losing the full security deposit. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited. Check-in and check-out are facilitated by a 24-hour reception desk. A laptop computer is not included.
