This is a fully furnished apartment and all utilities, internet, etc are included in the total monthly rent. Minimum 30 day stay. Flexible lease timeframes. Pets are on a case by case basis. There are two designated parking spaces. Renter is responsible for maintaining patio space, parking area in terms of snow etc.. No smoking in unit. There is a $150 non-refundable cleaning fee that is taken out of the security deposit of $2,500.
