The heated pool fee is $125 per night, and it is recommended to heat the pool between October and May. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, but no cats please. Parking is available in the driveway for up to 4 cars, and street parking is allowed.

There is a guest verification process that requires the primary guest to complete a screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. A rental agreement must be signed, and a non-refundable $55 damage waiver is required, which covers accidental damage during your stay.
