The master suite features a king bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms are also spacious, one with a queen bed and the other with a king bed. An additional full bath includes dual sinks and a tub/shower combo. The basement is an entertainer's dream, featuring a game room with an air hockey/ping pong table, a Pac-Man arcade game, and a full pull-out sofa. A smart TV with an N64 game console and four controllers is also available for your enjoyment. For fitness enthusiasts, there's an exercise bike on the unfinished side of the basement. Step outside to the back deck to enjoy nature and grill up delicious meals. A propane fire table provides warmth on chillier nights. The attached garage is available for use and contains a treadmill and two bikes, perfect for a ride to the park.
A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.

We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No indoor smoking is allowed with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. A friendly reminder to remove your shoes when entering the house. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but just send us the receipt and we'll reimburse you. If it's a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. While we provide a small list of checkout instructions, they are not mandatory but greatly appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for our next guests.
