Early check-in and late checkout are available for an additional fee of $75, subject to availability. Boat slips can be rented for guests with their own watercraft. Located in a quiet, residential, waterfront neighborhood in the Sparrows Point area, this home is just minutes away from the Sparrows Point Golf Course, Country Club, and marina. With plenty of parking for up to 3 vehicles, guests can easily explore the surrounding areas. Bicycles are available for rent during your stay, offering a convenient way to get around. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM, and parking is limited to the gravel parking area on the property. No pets are allowed due to severe allergies, with a $1000 fee for violations. No parties or events are permitted, with a $500 fee for violations. The home should be locked whenever all guests leave the property, and items should be returned to their original place. Guests are advised to rinse off kayaks, paddles, and beach items after use, and to clean the gas grill and shut off the gas when not in use. Trash should be placed in the outdoor bins at the street corner, with pick-up on Fridays. There is no recycling available.
