At the edge of the Historic District and within walking distance of busy downtown and the Castle St. Arts and Antiques blocks. The front bedroom has a queen bed and the small bedroom has a queen. Very high ceilings make for good headroom. Updated kitchen and bath, washer/dryer in unit. Plenty of on street parking as there is a tennis court across the street. Public pool one block south as well. Fully furnished with linens, towels, kitchen supplies. Wifi, basic cable, and all utilities are included. We will consider all pets on a case by case basis. Cats are welcome. Available to lease on a weekly or monthly basis. Utilities and WiFi included. There is a stacked washer/dryer combo in the unit. Weekly or monthly furnished rental lease available. Rates may increase during high season. $200 refundable damage deposit. $160 exit clean fee for weekly rentals and $200 for monthly rentals. $56 booking fee. Pets are welcome with $100 pet fee per pet. No sales tax and room tax of 13% for stays of 90 days or more.
