We have a beautiful front and side lawn with garden and gray limestone in the backyard. Professional lawn care is provided. This apartment was heavily damaged from Hurricane Ida, so it was updated with a new roof, new, painted interior walls and new energy saver windows throughout. The wood floors and ceramic tiles were not damaged and in great condition. It is available for viewing. Call and ask for Adam to schedule an appointment to view the apt. Please know that we check all rental and employment references and will complete a credit and criminal background check before any application is approved. NO smokers allowed, inside or out. Cats will be considered. We are very attentive, caring owners who fix things as fast as possible, most often, the same day if it's minor. We also return phone calls and texts promptly.
