All utilities are included, making your stay effortless. This covers internet, cable in both main bedrooms, and parking. Enjoy access to the community's heated pool, open daily until 11 PM, and a convenient, coin-operated laundry room. Condo in a prime North St. Pete location, you'll be directly across the street from two grocery stores, Target, PetSmart, and a pub. Noble Crust is also within easy walking distance. Public transportation is just a 3-minute walk away, with downtown St. Pete typically under 30 minutes. We prefer leases of 6 months or more, but we are flexible with shorter-term options (note: shorter leases may have a higher monthly rent). A non-refundable $500 pet deposit applies. For stays of 90 days or longer, one professional cleaning per month is included! All utilities, internet, cable, parking included. Unit has community wash room that is coin operated. 6 months or more preferred however we are flexible on minimum month lease options.
